Too many Portfolios - need to condense.

New images uploaded 4/9/11

I"m slowly working on the website, updating etc.

I have now added some images of the 2011 Serpentine Pavillion, taken today.

The Serpentine Pavillions Portfolio has been split up into groups of years.

A short delay - book needs revision before opening up for sale.

"Items for sale" section imminent. Watch this space.

I've now added some of the first results using my new Leica X-1 camera

I am on there! After the Leica Use Forum Book was published, I was asked if I would like to be interviewed for the Leica Blog. I said yes.
So there I now am on the Leica blog!
There are links to it on this site on both the Home and the About pages

As I said on my Blog there is little time for photography or working on this website right now.
Also the working conditions in our temporary accomodation, comfortable though it is, are not ideal for serious photographic computer work. Hence the extended delay..

The website (maybe you've noticed?)is gradually changing - at last! I am revising some of the Groups and Porfolios. I've decided instead of going by date/B&W/colour to simply use a Best Of structure. This will be difficult as I want to limit to number of shots in each camera section. I am considering adding the LFI Master shots to this Group. More anon - so please keep visiting!

Starting on a revision of content and possibly layout

Just added to the site in the Akademie and Meetings Group are the images that I considered as potential entries for this year's One-Challenge held in Valletta, Malta.

Wandering around Valetta in Malta in preparation for the Leica One-Challenge I was struck by the number of old shop signs still extant and indeed still in use in some cases. So here's a selection.

I've decided to give the site a new look! Hope you all like it - it should remind you of the Leica Photography site colours.
This because I am awaiting the imminent arrival of my Leica M9.

I have added a new portfolio called "Convergences" to the Architecture Grouping. The shots are in black & white and consist partly of lines (of e.g. columns) marching off into the distance or other views where lines converge.
