The freedom to take legitimate photographs in public places is under threat due to Government
(and hence the Police) paranoia regarding terrorism. Stop and Search powers under the Terrorism Acts
are being used with ever increasing frequency on the flimsiest of excuses.
Photographers are now mounting campaigns to bring this into the open.
